Can you help me with a claim I already filed or one I know I am going to file?
Yes, we can help. However, claims with a date of loss before you subscribe are not covered by the OnWatch subscription. For those claims, please check out our one-time claim support options HERE. By subscribing now, you’ll be covered for any future damage to your property.
How does OnWatch help with insurance claims?
 OnWatch provides expert guidance through the claims process. We help with damage assessments, policy reviews, report submissions, and offer virtual support from licensed adjusters. Premium members get dedicated public adjuster support.
Is OnWatch available to all homeowners?
Yes, OnWatch is available to all homeowners. It’s also available to anyone with property insurance, including business owners and renters. However, it only covers up to two (2) properties owned or rented by them. If you need coverage for more than two properties, please reach out to us at hello@tugboat.claims.
Is there a limit to how much I can use OnWatch?

No, OnWatch is intended to be there for any property damage you experience during your time as a subscriber.

Do you charge a percentage of my claim amount?
No, the OnWatch subscription is only the monthly amount that you pay based on your subscription level. For premium subscribers, you have the option of being represented by a public adjuster for a capped fee of 5% of the claim settlement, but it is up to you if you want to take advantage of that service at the time you have a claim. Public adjusters typically charge 10%-25% of a claim settlement, so your premium subscription results in a massive discount that will likely mean thousands of dollars in savings.
